I first noticed my interest in fashion at a young age, when I would spend hours studying my mother’s wardrobe, immersing myself in its precious contents. I found myself enchanted by her patent leather shoes, mesmerised by the bright colours of the 80s and the soft shapes of the 70s – a story woven into each piece of clothing.
And over time, this infatuation has only grown. It isn’t trending styles that I’m interested in; it’s the deep connection between the clothes we wear and the people we are that I care about. Hidden amongst the rich colours, shapes, and textures of our clothes is a true expression of the self.
I discovered a natural talent for pairing clothes with people, initially working with family and friends to help them find their true selves through the clothes they wear. And with this, came my second realisation – my talents weren't limited to styling clothes, I also had a gift for organisation.
When moving to London I understood how essential space optimisation is when it comes to clothing. So many people live with disorganised wardrobes, close to bursting open with clothes that no longer suit the mentality and physicality of their owners.
By having their style analysed and their wardrobe organised, my clients gain control and confidence, putting the joy back into dressing.
